BRUCKNER high Performance Live Centres features ensure rigid, high precision performance with long life; drop forged housings for maximum strength, points through-hardened alloy steel, triple seal systems, maintenance free preloaded ball and roller bearings.
With Morse tapers from 1 to 6, metric 80 and 100, plus when required Jano, Smart & Brown for work weights from a few grams to 20000 kg the range is truly comprehensive.
The BRUCKNER standard Centres cover a wide range of specifications for Turning and Grinding. All Centres are manufactured from the finest materials to tolerances narrower than demanded by DIN806 and DIN228 specifications. Standard Centres have tip runout within 0.001 mm and Special Accuracy Centres runout within 0.00025 mm. Shanks are also hardened and ground to fine tolerances and most centres of a specific profile and Morse taper are available in several length options.
The range of forms and sizes is the largest available from a single source.
BRUCKNER and BRUCKNER-BoKo face drivers enable savings to be made on many shaft turning applications. Parts are driven from one end face only so the whole profile is accessible from one end.
BRUCKNER drivers cover a driving diameter range from 6 dia to 250 dia and a corresponding turning diameter range from 6 to 500.
